It's time. Alli has lost the baby weight and most of her mental fuzz. She goes back to work as a feature blogger; in an odd bit of kismet, she's writing for AOL, fourteen years after she had one of her first Internet journaling jobs...at AOL. She's happy to be under the giant wing of the behemoth again, quickly weaving a web of words. Come check out AlliVision!

Alli welcomes 2008 and a healthy, wonderful little girl to the world. Marvels at lifecycle and opportunity to witness it in all its glory up close and personal. She also becomes a hearty champion of the epidural and resists the temptation to blog about the intricacies of motherhood experienced during a common post-partum haze – which, she knows, are only interesting to the mother.

Alli mourns the loss of her mother, who was her light and her best friend. Dr. Barbara Dolores Hunter Randall Joseph, January 7, 1936 - December 2, 2007. Sui generis, never forgotten.
